Ano, vytvo\u0159it si svaly, ne jako kulturista, ale hezky zpevnit t\u011blo, je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edc budete m\u00edt svalov\u00e9 hmoty, t\u00edm rychlej\u0161\u00ed je metabolismus a m\u016f\u017eete v\u00edc j\u00edst. Za\u0159a\u010fte pravidelnou aerobn\u00ed aktivitu, kdy se spaluj\u00ed tuky, tak t\u0159ikr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b po dvaceti a\u017e t\u0159iceti minut\u00e1ch a sou\u010dasn\u011b posilovac\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed.
